NOT KNOWN FACTS ABOUT PAIN RELIEF DOCTOR

I feel it seriously is determined by the Dr it self cuz I have family and friends that head over to a distinct pain dr and so they cant smoke cannabis at all. I am able to see why the dr can be cautious though cuz it remains illegal on a federal amount and that he's that get there professional medical license. But I don't see why if its in a point
